12 more die at RMCH Covid-19 unit
The infection rate found from the sample tests of the two PCR labs was 42.46 percent.
Twelve more people died in the Covid-19 ward of Rajshahi Medical College Hospital in the last 24 hours.
Among them, seven were coronavirus positive, five people died with symptoms. Nine people were from Rajshahi and three from Chapainawabganj districts.
Rajshahi Medical College Hospital Deputy Director Dr Saiful Ferdous told Somoy News, "42 people have been admitted in the last 24 hours. Of these, 18 are from Rajshahi, 16 from Chapainawabganj, seven from Naogaon and one from Natore. There are a total of 290 people admitted against 271 beds. There are 18 people in the ICU."

Among the hospitalised patients, 142 are from Rajshahi, 111 from Chapainawabganj, 15 from Naogaon, 15 from Natore, three from Pabna and Kushtia and one from Chuadanga.
