2 dies after falling from buildings in the city

Two people including a teenage boy have died after falling down from buildings in two separate incidents in Dhaka on Sunday.
The deceased are Alok Mridha, 50, hailed from Sreenagar of Munshiganj and Tarif, 13, whose hometown could not be known.
Alok Mridha, a security guard went to the rooftop for construction work and fell down from an under construction seven-storey building at Alianagar area of Badda around 5:30am.
He was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where the duty doctor declared him dead.
In another incident, a physically disabled boy Tarif fell down from the rooftop of a two-storey building at 8am at Boro Maghbazar area.
Tarif’s uncle Md Sattar took him to DMCH where the duty doctor declared him dead.
Bodies were taken to DMCH morgue for autopsies, said Inspector Bachchu Mia, in-charge of DMCH's police outpost.
