22 holidays in 2020

The Cabinet has approved 22 holidays for the 2020 calendar year, eight of which fall on weekends.
The approval came from the regular meeting of the Cabinet with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair today.
After the meeting, Cabinet Secretary Mohammad Shafiul Alam told media, "There will be 14 holidays for national days and religious festivals, three of which fall on weekends. Besides, there are eight other holidays including Pohela Boishakh."
