The airline has set a maximum fare of Tk5,400 for economy class on Dhaka-Chattogram and Dhaka-Sylhet flights, including return trips, according to a press release issued today (24 August)
Additionally, passengers who missed their flights due to the floods can re-issue or re-book their tickets free of charge, subject to seat availability.

Passengers are advised to contact their ticket-issuing agency, the nearest Biman sales centre, or call the helpline at 13636 for re-issue or re-book tickets until the flood situation improves, the release added.
