Donald Trump often calls Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi a good friend. And everyone in the world knows what kind of relationship Trump has with China and its President Xi Jinping. But Trump did not invite Modi to his swearing-in ceremony. On the contrary, Xi Jinping's name is on his list of invitees.
