Two Khulna courts today (22 December) sent former Khulna-4 MP and industrialist Abdus Salam Murshedi to jail after rejecting his bail petition in four cases related to killing, attacks, and violence.
Senior Judicial Magistrate Takiya Sultana and Judicial Magistrate Altaf Mahmud of the two separate courts passed the order.
On behalf of the accused, Barrister Tahsin Ahmed said Murshedi was shown arrested in four cases and produced before the courts today.
