‘No one involved in Sinha Rashed killing to be spared’
Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal hopes the enquiry committee formed to investigate the incident will submit its report within the stipulated time
Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal has said no one involved in the killing of retired army major Sinha Rashed would be spared.
Terming the incident as a tragic one, he said the case would be resolved after the inquiry committee submits its report.
The minister made the remarks at a press conference at his residence in the capital's Dhanmondi on Friday morning.
"The members of the investigation committee have started probe into the murder of Sinha Rashed. We hope they will submit the investigation report to us within the stipulated time. Those who will be found guilty by the committee will be punished," he said.
The home minister said the inspector general of police and army chief had already visited Cox's Bazar in the wake of the tragic incident.
Meanwhile, Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal told a press conference that all operations should be conducted after informing the health ministry.
