Death toll rises to 8 at Chattogram’s Patharghata explosion
During the explosion, Tisha got severely injured after being crushed under a wall of the building
Another person died on Friday morning at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Chattogram Medical College in Chattogram's Patharghata pipe line explosion on November 17 increasing the death toll to eight.
The deceased was identified as Tisha Gomez, daughter of Anal Gomez. She was an undergraduate student in Islamia College as well as a teacher at St John's Grammar School.
Doctor Akhtarul Islam, deputy-director of Chattogram Medical College Hospital confirmed the death.

During the explosion, Tisha got severely injured after being crushed under a wall of the building. After fighting for life for 13 days, she succumbed to her injuries.
On November 17, a gas pipe line explosion at Patharghata in Chattogram killed seven people and left nine others injured.
