2,204 recommended for 38th BCS
The final result of the 38th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) examinations under the Public Service Commission (PSC) has been published.
Some 2,204 candidates have been recommended provisionally for appointing to different cadres, Israt Jahan Ishita, public relations officer of PSC told The Business Standard.
Although 2,024 officers were to be appointed, the results are to be published by increasing 240 posts.

The written test ended on August 13, 2018, and the results were published on July 1, 2019.
The PSC took viva test of over nine thousand successful candidates till February this year.
Around 3,889,468 candidates applied for this BCS.
