Good Neighbors Bangladesh distributes educational materials to four schools in Pallabi
Samsung Village project of Good Neighbors Bangladesh which an international voluntary organisation, provided educational materials among the students of four schools in Mirpur's Pallabi.
Each student of Bangabandhu Bidyaniketan, Sultan Mollah Adarsha High School, Islamia High School, and Good Neighbors Mirpur School received a school bag, five notebooks, five pens, two pencils, one geometry box, one rubber, one sharpeners, one water bottle, and one umbrella.
Pallabi Thana Education Officer Farzana Sharmin, school management committee chairperson, headmaster, management committee members, parents, Communication Manager Remo Roni Haldar, Project Manager Md Arif Hossain and all the officers of the Samsung Village Project were present on the occasion.
Harunar Rashid, chairperson of the management committee of Islamia High School, thanked Samsung and Good Neighbors and said, "The educational materials handed over to the students of this school today would greatly increase the interest of the children in education. Most of the students in this school cannot afford to purchase these materials."
The Headmaster of Bangabandhu Bidyaniketan said that Samsung's educational materials will prevent students from dropping out in the middle of the corona pandemic and will encourage them to come to school with joy.
Mirpur Pallabi Thana Education Officer Farzana Sharmin thanked Good Neighbors Bangladesh and said, "I have been with the Samsung project from the beginning and have visited the factory where these school bags were made. The quality of Good Neighbors' work and their sincerity have fascinated me. I hope that their effort will give a lot of joy to the students"
Remo Roni Haldar, Communications Manager of Good Neighbors, asked the students to pay attention to study at home and follow the health rules.
Md Arif Hossain, Manager, Samsung Project, requested the cooperation of all the teachers and requested them to ensure communication with all the students so that no student gets deprived of educational materials.
