Infrastructure Investment Facilitation Company (IIFC) conducted the survey online among 1,400 customers, reports the daily Prothom Alo.
Responding to questions about power connection services, 94% of customers said they were happy with the services while 77% said the same for receiving services after filing complaints.
Besides, 95% were happy with billing services and 88% with metering. Satisfaction on average stood at 88%.
The findings were revealed on Saturday at a programme on a draft presentation of the survey.
Presiding over the programme, State Minister for Power Nasrul Hamid said 100% customer satisfaction has to be achieved and he does not want to receive any complaints from customers.
