Fahim Al Ishaq Chowdhury trust scholarships for meritorious students

Fahim Al Chowdhury Trust has awarded scholarships to nearly 600 meritorious students from over 200 educational institutions in Zakiganj and Kanaighat.

On Saturday morning, the scholarships were awarded in a colourful and exceptional ceremony at Maulvi Shair Ali High School in Parachak, Zakiganj.
Two thousand eighty-one meritorious students participated in the scholarship examination last year on December 15 and 17. In the final stage, 593 students in three grades qualified for scholarships based on merit, including 262 students from fifth grade, 108 from sixth grade, 115 from seventh grade and 108 from eighth grade. Merit-grade students received 2,500 takas as scholarships, first-grade students received 2,000 takas, and general-grade students received 1,500 takas. This scholarship was provided as a one-time payment, and all scholarship recipients were also given certificates.

The Trust's Vice President, ATM Selim Chowdhury, presided over the event. The Trust's Founder and President, Fahim Al Ishaq Chowdhury, joined online from London as the chief guest and spoke. He wished the students a bright future and outlined the Trust's plans for education development.
Trust Secretary Md. Shabbir Ahmed, Upazila Education Officer, and other distinguished guests spoke about the Trust's future plans and social contributions at the event. They discussed the Trust's social contributions and role in the education sector. The organisers said that the Trust's activities will continue to support talented students and promote education.
