New executive committee of Institute of Child Health elected for 2025-26
Institute of Child Health held the election for the executive committee of the organisation on 13 December.
The following members were elected in the said election: Professor Mohammod Shahidullah as president; Obaidul Kabori Khan as treasurer; Dr Mandy Karim, Sheikh Moazzem Hossain and Sakina Khan as vice-presidents; Reza Karim as secretary general; Senior Consultant Dr AKM Shamsuzzaman as joint secretary general; Md Shamsuzzaman as organisational secretary; Dr Sumon Chowdhury as cultural and publicity secretary; Dr MA Jalil, Professor Shah Mahfuzur Rahman, Professor Ihsan Qadir as executive members. It is worth mentioning that Vice-Presidents Dr Mandy Karim and Reza Karim are the only daughter and son-in-law of the late Professor Dr MR Khan.
The Institute of Child Health, Bangladesh, and all its affiliates sought the prayers and overall cooperation of the countrymen for the success of the newly elected council, reads a press release.
