Ramadan Tips: Fasting & lack of energy
- In Ramadan fasting, because of low blood sugar level, our body gets weak and thus our brain finds it difficult to improve concentration.
- Deep and slow breathing through the nose while doing regular work, helps increase oxygen delivery to the brain and heart to ease the fatigue and state of low energy.
- Scheduling some exercise into Ramadan routine like a short walk before sehri or after iftar can boost energy level for the rest of the day.
- If there is no urgent need, sleeping late should be avoided; it is advised to go to bed earlier than usual.
