JCD leader stabbed to death in Ctg

Some drug traders allegedly stabbed to death a leader of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) in Chattogram.
The deceased is Mir Sadeq Abhi alias Abhi Mir, 24, from Agrabad's Hajipara area of the port city.
He succumbed to his injuries at Chattogram Metropolitan Hospital while undergoing treatment early Wednesday.

General Secretary of Chattogram city JCD Belayet Hossain Bulu confirmed the matter to The Business Standard.
He said, "Abhi was attacked while carrying out a social programme against drug dealers at Hajipara area on June 20. He was stabbed at the time. He was taken to a hospital in critical condition. He went home from the hospital after recovering a bit. He was again admitted to Chattogram Metropolitan Hospital and died there."
