LPG autogas station owners form new organisation
The autogas stations and conversion workshop owners have formed a new body named "LPG Auto Gas Station and Conversion Workshop Owners Association."
They want to make autogas, also known as liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), more popular and to take this environment-friendly fuel to the people at more affordable prices.
Mohammad Sirajul Mawla, owner of Smet Services and Saad Motors, was elected president and Mohammad Hasin Parvez, managing director of Green Fuel CNG and LPG, was elected as secretary-general of the executive committee of the organisation in a general meeting held at the capital on Saturday.
About 200 owners of autogas stations and conversion centres were present at the general meeting.
