National and district savings offices to be operational during lockdown
The offices will be kept open every Thursday from 10am to 1pm for providing profit intimation to savings certificates issued online, said a government notice issued on Wednesday
The government has decided to keep special bureau and district offices of the Department of National Savings operational during the coronavirus lockdown in various districts.
The offices will be kept open every Thursday from 10am to 1pm for providing profit intimation to savings certificates issued online, said a government notice issued on Wednesday.
The employees will perform their official duties after ensuring proper safety measures against the coronavirus.
Deputy directors at the Department of National Savings will monitor the activities, as per the notice.
