Officials of all Bangladesh embassies instructed to provide services with smiling faces

Foreign minister Dr AK Abdul Momen has instructed the officers and employees of all Bangladesh embassies to provide services with smiling faces.
He directed them to ensure that no employee of Bangladesh missions misbehaves with the service recipients, according to a press release issued by the foreign ministry.
The foreign minister gave this instruction during a virtual meeting with Bangladeshi ambassadors to Europe recently.
Dr Momen said, "The foreign ministry will take strict action against any kind of negligence in discharging duty, reluctance to provide services and disrespectful behaviour."
The foreign minister directed the ambassadors to upgrade the quality of services in all embassies of Bangladesh.
He instructed the officers and employees of the missions to take immediate action after hearing the problems and complaints of the service recipients, including keeping the hotlines of the missions open 24 hours a day, the press release reads.
