PM inaugurates 2 new Biman Dreamliners
The planes will start to flying on Manchester and London routes from January 5
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today inaugurated the new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners "Achin Pakhi" and "Sonar Tori" of Biman Bangladesh Airlines.
The Premier inaugurated the two aircrafts at 10am at capital's Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
The planes will start to flying on Manchester and London routes from January 5.
Almost all tickets for the opening flight on the Manchester route have been sold.
With the two Dreamliners, the number of such most modern aircraft of the national flag carrier has increased to six and the Biman's total aircraft fleet number to 18.
Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner has total 298 seats including 30 business classes, 21 premium economy classes and 247 economy classes.
