150 BNP men sued over bus arson in Uttara
Some 150 unnamed BNP men have been sued over a bus arson incident in the capital's Uttara on Saturday.
Eagle Paribahan's manager Biplob Adhikari filed the case with the Uttara West police station on Tuesday (1 August).
Biplob Adhikari told The Business Standard that around 100-150 men of BNP and its affiliated organisations torched a bus of Eagle Paribahan on Saturday (29 July).
On Saturday night, miscreants set fire to an empty bus parked by a road in the capital's Uttara area.
On information, two firefighting units rushed to the spot around 9:50pm and doused the fire, according to fire service officials.
