Amu made spokesperson of 14-party alliance
The post remained vacant after the death of Mohammed Nasim on June 13
Amir Hossain Amu, Awami League advisory council member, has become the coordinator and spokesperson of the 14-party alliance.
Awami League general secretary, also the Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader revealed the information during an online press briefing from his official residence on Wednesday morning.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina appointed the former minister as spokesperson after discussing with the leaders of 14-party alliance.
The post fell vacant after the death of Mohammed Nasim on June 13.
