Owners halt long-route buses from Rajshahi for corona

Bus owners have stopped long-route buses from Rajshahi until further notice to curb the spread of coronavirus.
District Motor Workers' Union and Bus Owners Association jointly took the decision considering the virus situation in the country.
No bus left from Rajshahi to Dhaka, Barishal, Sylhet, Chattogram and Khulna routes from Thursday afternoon, said Motor Workers union's General Secretary Mahatab Hossain Chowdhury.

However, inter-district buses will be operated partially, Mahatab added.
