Author and CEO of Performax Inc, Dr Samir Asaf, has won the prestigious New York City Big Book Award 2020 in the "Business & Leadership" category.
On Wednesday, he bagged the prize for his book "Engage X Lead = Transform".
About the book, the Boston Consulting Group wrote, "The book is your field-guide to understanding and rapidly implementing the powerful Open-Source Engagement approach that has been proven to increase employee, partner, and customer engagement by a factor of 3x."
