Webinar on Competition Law Regime in Bangladesh to be held on Wednesday
Bangladesh Intellectual Property Forum and Bangladesh IP Academy will conduct a webinar on Competition Law Regime in Bangladesh on Wednesday.
The webinar, scheduled to be held at 7pm, aims to stimulate a discussion through sharing knowledge by the esteemed panelists who shall annotate on the various aspects of competition law, competition jurisprudence and development of an effective competition law regime.
Furthermore, the need to strengthen the Competition Commission and its officials through capacity building and advocacy works, the interjections and balancing the functions between the sector specific regulators and the Competition Commission will be addressed in this webinar.
In the course of the webinar the distinguished speakers shall also briefly share their knowledge about the evolution of Competition Law in their respective regimes drawn from their own perspective and experiences.
