Kazi Rakibuddin Ahmed, a pioneer and a visionary in the field HR for the last three decades is fondly recognised as the Founder of Modern HR Practices in Bangladesh. Kazi Rakibuddin Ahmed is a Bangladeshi-American who has completed his education both in Bangladesh and also in the USA. The renowned personality has been awarded "100 Most Influential Global HR Professionals" by World HR Congress in Mumbai, India in 2017.
Kazi Rakibuddin Ahmed has been awarded a patent in 2016 by the Government of Bangladesh for his original work in HR field. The formula under his name is called R3 Rakib's Recruitment Rule.
Kazi Rakibuddin Ahmed, CEO of ABCDE emphasised on the importance of marketing and other functional skills in the world of job market. He said, "Traditional job market is history. Marketing, sales, branding, supply chain, way of servicing and manufacturing of products all have changed. The way of starting a business has changed – so the requirements of competencies and skills.
