Ariful Haque Choudhury new ASA president
The post had fallen vacant due to the sudden demise of its founding President Md Shafiqual Haque Choudhury on February 12.
ASA, a microfinance institution serving millions of borrowers across the country, has appointed Md Ariful Haque Choudhury as their new president.
The governing board of Asa made a unanimous decision of appointing Md Ariful Haque Choudhury as the new president which effects from 14 February 2021.
Prior to commencing the position of Asa President, Md Ariful Haque Choudhury served as its Executive Vice President (HR) and various key positions, said in a press release.
It is pertinent to mention here that the post had fallen vacant due to the sudden demise of its founding President Md Shafiqual Haque Choudhury on February 12, 2021.
Md Ariful Haque Choudhury attained his Bachelor degree in Management and Masters in International Business from the University of Dhaka. He also achieved a Masters degree in Finance from the University of Strathclyde in the UK.
