The 20th Annual General Meeting of ICB Asset Management Company Ltd.
The 20th Annual General Meeting of ICB Asset Management Company Limited, a subsidiary of investment corporation of Bangladesh held virtually on Saturday.
Dr Mojib Uddin Ahmed, chairman of the company presided over the meeting, says a press release. The company's Chief Executive Officer, ATM Ahmedur Rahman and other directors and shareholders were also present at the meeting.
The meeting approved the annual accounts of the company for the year 2019-2020. In the 2019-2020 financial year, the company has earned a net profit of Tk43.52crore, resulting in a face value of Tk 100.00 per share of Tk 110.53.

The shareholders of the company approved 50% Cash dividends (including 40% interim) for the financial year 2019-2020.
