IMCB holds 18th Annual General Meeting

The Institute of Management Consultants Bangladesh (IMCB) on Saturday held its 18th Annual General Meeting for the year 2018 in Dhaka.
The meeting was held at Hotel De Crystal Crown in the capital and chaired by IMCB Chairman M Zakir Hossain.
Among others, advisors Prof Dr Rahim B Talukdar, Prof Dr M Shamsul Haque and Wazir Alam, former president Syed Ahmed Ali and Treasurer Mohammed Tofazzul Hussain attended the Annual General Meeting.

Welcoming the members for their kind presence, Zakir Hossain informed them the agenda of the meetings including minutes of the last year, annual activities report, audited statement of accounts, the appointment of auditor and fixation the remuneration for confirmation of the members.
The chairman highlighted the last one year's activities of IMCB and appraised the members that they have been pursuing the enactment of the Management Consulting Act in order to improve management consulting practice. He also presented "IMCB Vision 2020" in the meeting.
