Kohinoor Chemical declares 20% stock, 20% cash dividend
The shareholders unanimously approved the Audited Financial Statements of the company
Kohinoor Chemical Co (BD) Limited has declared 20 percent stock and 20 percent cash dividend for its shareholders for the 2018-19 fiscal year.
The announcement came on Sunday at the 32nd Annual General Meeting held at Officer's Club at Baily Road in the capital.
The shareholders unanimously approved the Audited Financial Statements of the company.

Mohammad Obaidul Karim, chairman of the company, presided over the meeting.
Md Rezaul Karim, managing director, Md Ebadul Karim, director, Prof Dr M Shamsher Ali and Quazi Mamun-ul Ashraf, independent directors, Md Abul Khair, director, corporate affairs, Md Ferdous Jaman, company secretary and Abu Bakar Siddique, CFO of the company also attended the meeting.
