LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Limited has approved a 10 percent cash dividend for the year 2019 during the company's annual general meeting.
According to a press release, the 22nd annual general meeting (AGM) of the company took place via a digital platform on June 23, 2020.
Christof Hässig, chairman of LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Limited, presided over the meeting.
