Bashundhara Group adopts Divine IT's PrismERP for HR automation
Bashundhara Group has adopted Divine IT's PrismERP for automation of its existing management services as a part of their Hello-HR project.
Authorities at Bashundhara Group made the announcement during the inaugural ceremony of its Hello-HR project held on April 12 at its head office in the capital, said a press release issued by Bashundhara Group on Thursday.

Authorities at Bashundhara Group are going to bring about automation to all relevant features of Human Resource Management vis a vis, multi-layered performance management, leave-attendance, payroll management, employee self service and many more modules under its Hello-HR project, the release said.
Using Divine IT's Enterprise Resouce Planning (ERP) module, PrismERP, Bashundhara group is set to bring seamless integration in its human resource (HR) division and maintain and traverse the entire employee life cycle starting from recruiting him from scratch to clearing his final settlement.
Divine IT's easy-to-use web and mobile based solution will allow Bashundhara Group to take improved and faster decisions with its integrated MIS reporting feature, the release added.
