20-month-old baby tests positive for Covid-19 in Lakshmipur
Among 122 collected samples, three more people were found positive for the deadly Coronavirus

A 20-month-old baby girl has tested positive with the novel coronavirus in Lakshmipur's Ramganj Kasim Nagar.
She is the youngest case of infection recorded so far in Bangladesh.
"The child was detected with the virus infection on Saturday after testing conducted by Bangladesh Institute of Tropical and Infectious Diseases examination (BITID), Chattogram," the Health Director of BITID Dr Hasan Shahriar Kabir confirmed.

On the same day, among 122 collected samples, three more people were found positive for the deadly Coronavirus, he added.
Among them, one is female, 33, hailing from Chattogram's Patenga and rest two people are male, one aged 25, hailing from Laxmipur's Shamserbad and another 62, from Lakherkandi.
