'Connect the Dots' donates respiratory equipment to Chattogram Field Hospital

Charity foundation "Connect the Dots" has donated a state-of-the-art automated high flow nasal cannula to the Chattogram Field Hospital.

Earlier on June 6, Rimon hosted an hour-long fundraiser on the popular online show Connect the Dots to buy a high-flow nasal cannula for coronavirus patients with breathing problems, according to a press release.

Bidyut Barua, the field hospital's founder and Badal Syed, the founder of Pay It Forward Bangladesh and the tax commissioner of Chattogram, were also present at the live event.
Various people came forward and assured financial support to buy this much-needed health equipment during the event.
The financial support that followed led to the purchase of the equipment, along with two respirator oxygen concentrators.
The concentrators will be handed over to the field hospital next week.
