Dentist with Covid-19 symptoms dies in capital

A dentist in the capital, who developed symptoms of Covid-19 died on the way to Kurmitola General Hospital on Sunday.
The 40-year-old worked at Lions Eye Hospital in Dhaka.
The Institute of Epidemiology, Disease Control and Research has collected his samples for test, Dr Nirupam Das, chief of the Bangladesh Doctors' Foundation, told The Business Standard.
He said the doctor had shown symptoms of Covid-19.
It will be clear whether he was infected with coronavirus once the test report comes, added Dr Nirupam.
