Female doctor tests positive for Covid-19 in Brahmanbaria

A female medical officer of the Bijaynagar upazila health complex in Brahmanbaria tested positive for Covid-19 on Tuesday.
Confirming the matter, district Civil Surgeon Dr Md Ekram Ullah said they received the test report at around 12 noon.
"The doctor used to go from her in-laws' home at Akhaura to Bijaynagar for her work. We have not been able to determine yet how she got infected, he told The Business Standard, adding she has been quarantined.

After giving her blood sample, she went to her relative's home in Mymensingh, the civil surgeon further said.
As of Tuesday, 10 people have tested positive for coronavirus in Brahmanbaria.
