OBHAI brings medical emergency transport service
Passengers can book the ride at least 1 hour to 24 hours prior to taking the ride
Popular ride-sharing service OBHAI has launched special travel arrangements in the form of OBHAI Sheba for doctors, nurses, healthcare workers, hospital staff and patients to commute to hospitals or healthcare centres and return home amid the Covid-19 crisis.
Given the present condition, it has become difficult for the patients and medical personnel to travel to and from the required vicinity. Several patients are being delayed of treatments owing to shortage of transportation available, a press release issued by OBHAI reads.
With the green signal from the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP), the emergency service OBHAI Sheba is being operated through OBHAI G (sedan car) and OBHAI CNG while maintaining maximum health safety precautions.
This system has been set up to ensure the well-being of the drivers by initially setting up area based OBHAI hubs.
Besides, OBHAI is also providing hand sanitizers, tissues etc. for the health safety of passengers and drivers.
For the extended safety measures, OBHAI drivers are using masks, face shields, gloves etc. As a precautionary measure, the driver will disinfect the vehicle each time by using the disinfectant provided by OBHAI as soon as the ride is over.
For this, OBHAI will be providing special training and disinfectant to the drivers.
In order to attain the OBHAI Sheba emergency vehicle service, passengers can book a ride by means of a booking form available on OBHAI's Facebook and Instagram pages. Passengers can also call the OBHAI Call Center number 16633 or contact OBHAI's Facebook page or on WhatsApp (+8801313037546).
