The 76th Board Meeting of Agrani Equity and Investment Limited, a subsidiary company of Agrani Bank Limited, was held on Tuesday through video conferencing to keep the capital market related economy afloat.

Chairman of the bank, Dr Zaid Bakht presided over the meeting. Mohammad Shams-ul-Islam, MD and CEO of the bank; Md Jehad Uddin, deputy secretary of Finance Ministry; KMN Manjurul Hoque Lablu, director of Agrani Bank; AKM Delwar Hossain, FCMA; Nasir Uddin Ahmed, FCMA; Agrani Equity and Investment Limited's CEO, Arundhuti Mandal; and Company Secretary, Md Tariqul Islam; Attended the meeting virtually.
