Brac Bank gets new deputy managing director
Prior to this new post, he was the head of corporate banking department of the bank
Brac Bank Limited has promoted Tareq Refat Ullah Khan to the post of deputy managing director (DMD) of the bank.
Prior to this new post, he was the head of corporate banking department of the bank, said a media statement issued on Monday.
Mr Tareq has more than two decades of banking experiences in risk management, commercial and corporate banking, international trade, cash management and the special asset management department.

He joined Brac Bank in 2017 and played an instrumental role in modernising the corporate banking division of the bank, making it one of the most preferred corporate banking partners in terms of transaction banking in the industry.
Before joining Brac Bank, Mr Tareq headed the corporate banking relationship unit of EBL.
He started his banking career in 1996 with IFIC Bank Ltd. He had also worked for AB Bank Ltd.
He completed his graduation from the Chittagong University and master's from the University of Dhaka.
