Tajul Islam appointed managing director of Karmasangsthan Bank
Previously he was the deputy managing director of the Janata Bank
Md Tajul Islam was appointed as the managing director of the Karmasangsthan Bank yesterday, according to a press release. Prior to joining, he was the deputy managing director of the Janata Bank Limited.
After completing his bachelor and master's studies in public administration from the Chittagong University, he started his career as a senior officer at the Janata Bank Limited in 1988. He served as the branch head at different branches of the bank both at home and abroad for more than 23 years.
Tajul Islam has also served as the general manager and divisional head at the Janata Bank. During his career he has participated in various workshops, seminars and training sessions in many countries including UAE, Singapore and the Philippines.
