United Commercial Bank inaugurates 200th branch
United Commercial Bank Limited (UCB) inaugurated its 200th branch in Banani 11 Thursday.
Land Minister Saifuzzaman Chowdhury MP inaugurated the branch as the chief guest while UCB Executive Committee Chairman Anisuzzaman Chowdhury Ronny was also present as a special guest, said a press release.
While inaugurating the minister said, "A diversified and constant change is a common phenomenon in banking service; UCB is committed to providing best service adopting with this change."

Anisuzzaman Chowdhury in his speech stated, "UCB is firmly contributing as a catalyst to the enhancement of entrepreneurship and everybody's assistance is highly desired to broaden our service more."
Among others, UCB Managing Director Mohammed Shawkat Jamil along with Additional Managing Directors Arif Quadri, Syed Faridul Islam and other senior executives of the bank were present at the event.
