Commerce secretary visits Icon Tower, meets FBCCI president
During his visit, the secretary toured the ADR Center, Tech Center, Skill Lab, Economic, and Applied Research Center, Multipurpose Workshop / Seminar / Skills Auditorium, and the Confederation’s modernised bureau.
Dr Md. Jafar Uddin, secretary to the Ministry of Commerce, (MoC) visited the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce & Industries' (FBCCI) newly renovated Icon Tower in the capital's Motijheel area on Thursday.
The commerce secretary paid the visit in response to FBCCI President Sheikh Fazle Fahim's invitation, read a press release.
During his visit, Md Jafar Uddin toured the ADR center, tech center, skill lab, economic, and applied research center, multipurpose workshop, seminar/skills auditorium, and the confederation's modernised bureau, the press release continued.

The press release added that the FBCCI president and the ministry secretary discussed the apex trade body's noteworthy actions.
FBCCI Vice-President Rezaul Karim Rejnu and Director Munir Hossain were also present at the meeting.
