Al-Arafah Islami Bank holds 415th board meeting
The 415th Board meeting of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC was held on Wednesday, February 12, 2025.
Chairman of the Board of Directors Khwaja Shahriar presided over the meeting, which reviewed the Bank's overall business performance and made several policy decisions.
The meeting was attended by the Bank's directors, Md Shahin Ul Islam, Md. Abdul Wadud, Dr Mohammed Abu Eusuf, Mohammad Asraful Hassan FCA, Managing Director and CEO Farman R Chowdhury, Additional Managing Director Mohammad Rafat Ullah Khan, Company Secretary Mohammad Nizam Uddin Bhuiyan, and Senior Bank executives.
