BCG DG distributes warm clothes in Shahparir Island
Director General Bangladesh Coast Guard distributed winter clothes among poor, helpless, distressed and cold-stricken families on Shahparir Island in Teknaf.
Lieutenant Commander Md Siam-ul-Haq, the Bangladesh Coast Guard's media officer, mentioned this. He said that since its establishment, the Bangladesh Coast Guard has come forward to meet the various needs of the underprivileged people of the coastal/char areas.
In addition, the Coast Guard has been providing public welfare services by distributing winter clothes to the poor, needy and cold-affected people at various times. In continuation of this, on Wednesday, December 25, 2024, Bangladesh Coast Guard Director General Rear Admiral Ziaul Haque distributed winter clothes to the poor, needy and cold-affected families at Shahparir Island under Teknaf Police Station in Cox's Bazar district.
