Bkash offers excellent customer support 24/7 call centres and online
To make customer service more accessible, bKash has opened 63 additional service centres.
With this, customers nationwide can now avail of direct services from 356 centres. Beyond these service centres, bKash offers round-the-clock assistance through various digital channels, including the helpline 16247, live chat, email, and social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
The nationwide centres provide customers with various services, including account opening, information updates, complaint resolution, statement generation, technical support, and other bKash services. Operating hours are generally from 10 AM to 7 PM (seven days a week, except government holidays).
However, a few centres have slightly different schedules depending on their locations. Customers need to be present physically at these centres to ensure services.
Notably, nearly one lakh customers use bKash's services from these centres.
