Dutch Bangla Bank Ltd holds managers conference 2025
The Managers' Conference-2025 of Dutch-Bangla Bank was held on 25 and 26 January 2025 in Dhaka to review the Bank's overall performance for 2024 and discuss the business plan and strategy for achieving its targets for 2025.
Mr Abul Kashem Md Shirin, the bank's Managing Director and CEO, presided over the Conference. Branch Managers from 242 branches attended, as did the deputy managing directors, CXO, Divisional Heads, Cluster heads, and senior executives of the bank's head office.
In his address, the Managing Director critically analysed the strategies for achieving the business targets 2024. He congratulated the branch Managers and their teams for completing their targets in 2024. He also expected that the Managers unable to accomplish the respective targets in 2024 would make all-out efforts to achieve the targets set for 2025.
He emphasised increasing the bank's business by leveraging the largest Online banking platform—Fast Tracks, CRM, ATM, Rocket, Agent Banking networks, POS terminals, QR Code, and NexusPay—during the year 2025. He also directed the branch Managers to improve the standard of customer service.
Managers also expressed their opportunities, prospects and commitment to achieving the budgetary targets for the year 2025.
