Excelerate Energy completes 3,000th LNG ship to ship transfer operation
Excelerate Energy, Inc. (NYSE: EE) (the "Company" or "Excelerate") today announced that on December 28, 2024, the Company safely completed its 3,000th LNG ship-to-ship (STS) operation since the start of STS operations in 2007.
The milestone was achieved onboard Excelerate's floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) Excellence at Bangladesh's Moheshkhali Floating LNG (MLNG) terminal.

Launched by Excelerate Energy and the International Finance Corporation in 2018, the MLNG terminal ensures Bangladesh's energy security. With a capacity of up to 600 million standard cubic feet of gas per day, MLNG provides a reliable energy source that supports industrial development and job creation more sustainably.
