Sonalika day annual service campaign and feedback sharing session 2024
ACI Motors has been playing a major role in agricultural mechanisation in Bangladesh since 2007.
One-third of the country's agricultural land is being cultivated with ACI Motors tractors and power tillers. ACI Motors' journey into agricultural mechanisation started with the Sonalika tractor. Currently, Sonalika has more than 26,000 satisfied customers across the country.
Sonalika Tractor has been at the top of Bangladesh's tractor industry for the past eleven years. One of the main reasons for this accomplishment is ACI Motors' six-hour service commitment and countrywide spare parts availability, which achieved the highest customer satisfaction.
Like every year, ACI Motors has organized Sonalika Day - Annual Service Campaign and Feedback Sharing Session 2024 for its customers, a get-together for Sonalika customers. Tractor owners, drivers and related people were present through this service campaign, and the Sonalika service campaign is like a festival for them. The customers shared their feedback and opinions about Sonalika and its services in this service campaign. ACI Motors provided their best customer experience with a free service. One of the primary purposes of this service campaign is to ensure that the customers get their tractors ready for the upcoming farming season.
Sonalika Day - Annual Service Campaign and Feedback Sharing Session 2024 are being organised in almost every district of the country. Through this service campaign, customers are getting free services and free health check-ups, game shows and cultural programs for customers. This service campaign will have product displays and entertainment from morning to the end of the day. There are also various awards given on different game shows and customer feedback.
The campaign started on 24 September 2024 with 9 programs at a time across Bangladesh. It was officially inaugurated at Nilphamari Sadar, Nilphamari district, on 24 September 2024, where more than 350 customers participated. More than 100 tractors were serviced in this service campaign, and more than 20 were delivered.
Md. Azam Ali, Director Sales; Md. Salim Sarker, Marketing Manager, and Md. Mahmud Rashid, sales manager, were the chief guests of the programme. ACI Motors senior officials, dealers, customers, and well-wishers were also present.
