The Department of Pharmacy at Southeast University (SEU) successfully organised a workshop on hospital pharmacy.
Held in the Shahid Rakib Hall of SEU, the workshop brought together leading professionals from the field to share their expertise with over fifty enthusiastic students. Senior hospital pharmacists from renowned healthcare institutions, including Square, AMZ, Impulse, Ibn Sina, and Evercare, provided valuable insights into the growth, management, and prospects of the hospital pharmacist profession in Bangladesh. Their discussions highlighted hospital pharmacists' critical role in ensuring quality healthcare delivery and patient safety.
Professor Dr Yusuf Mahbubul Islam, Vice Chancellor of SEU, and Professor Dr M Mofazzal Hossain, Pro Vice Chancellor of SEU, inaugurated the workshop. Professor Dr Abul Hasanat Alamgir, Director of the Institute of Research and Training (IRT), expertly moderated the session, fostering an engaging and interactive participant environment.
