LankaBangla Finance approves 12% dividend at 23rd AGM
The shareholders have approved the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended on December 31, 2019 and 7.00 percent cash dividend and 5.00 percent bonus share
LankaBangla Finance Limited has approved 12 percent dividend for its shareholders at 23rd Annual General Meeting held on Monday using digital platform.
Chairman of the Company Mohammad A Moyeen presided over the meeting and welcomed the shareholders joined in the AGM, read a press release today.
The shareholders have approved the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended on December 31, 2019 and 7.00 percent cash dividend and 5.00 percent bonus share.

Among others, Directors of the Board including Mahbubul Anam and M Fakhrul Alam; Independent Directors Zaitun Sayef and Abdul Malek Shamsher; Managing Director and CEO Khwaja Shahriar and Secretary Mostafa Kamal FCA attended the meeting.
Khwaja Shahriar also discussed the performance of the Company and replied to the queries of the shareholders.
