BDCOM declared 5% Cash & 5% Stock Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2020

BDCOM Online Ltd has held its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) using Digital Platform on Thursday.

The Chairman of the Company Wahidul Haque Siddiqui presided over the meeting, said a press release.

BDCOM declared 5% Cash & 5% Stock Dividend for the year endedJune 30, 2020. Audited Financial Statements, Auditors Report and Directors Report thereon for the year also adopted in the meeting, the press release reads.

Directors, Managing Director S M Golam Faruk Alamgir, Chief Financial Officer and a large number of shareholders attended the meeting virtually, according to the press release.
